I remember the first day I met Kim in 2011. We were serving our homeless community by taking lunch out to them. She has such a sweet spirit about her, and she showed genuine love to those in need. I was hooked and could not figure out why! Little did I know, the Lord would bring us even closer together - as neighbors. I have been a witness to her growth in the Lord, up close and personal. She has gone from an unsure baby Christian to being a mentor to women seeking the love of Jesus. This woman has such a vast background, some of it full of seemingly unbearable pain & heartache; she can touch those who are hurt and broken with deep compassion and empathy that can only come from Jesus. Her journey has stretched her faith in ways most would have thrown in the towel. I have watched the Lord spare her from horrific natural disasters and provide for her in unfathomable ways! Deuteronomy 31:6 talks about how the Lord will never leave us or forsake us - He has PROVEN this in Kim's life. I am so excited to see what He has planned for her future. The adventure is not over yet, and I know He will use her complete surrender to Him to reach the masses. I am honored to have such a friend.
